How to use this calculator

  1. Enter the slab or project dimensions.
  2. Choose the bag yield printed on the bag or use the default 80 lb bag estimate.
  3. Enter local bag, ready-mix, delivery, and short-load pricing.
  4. Compare the total cost with labor, timing, delivery access, and supplier minimums.

Buying guidance

Bags can work well for post holes, patching, and small pads. Ready-mix can become more practical when bag count is high, the pour must happen quickly, or consistent mixing matters. The cheapest material line is not always the best decision if labor, schedule, or placement quality changes the job.

Planning disclaimer

This calculator is a simplified planning estimate. Confirm bag yield, ready-mix minimums, delivery fees, short-load fees, reinforcement, forms, weather, local code, and contractor guidance before ordering or pouring concrete.
